Sauteed Spinach




  • 16 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

Chop the garlic.  Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the cloves of garlic until they soften.  Then add the spinach to the pan, cover the pan and turn the heat down to low.  Cook for about 5-6 minutes this way until the spinach is soft.

Tip: To remove the garlic covering lay the garlic on it’s side and lay the side of your knife on it. Hit the knife with your palm to crush the garlic. The covering will just fall off!
